I've been reading that many analysts believe that the looming recession has already been priced into the market. Though I'm clearly no expert, I don't necessarily agree with this assessment. However, on the off chance that perhaps they're correct, I am looking into a long strategy. I've actually been casually observing one for the past few months, but want to check it against actual numbers.

Either way, there is nothing for the close.

Another Jewish Day School Rant

My son has an average of 2 birthday parties per month, give or take, for kids at school. It states in the handbook that parents should attempt to accommodate the children in the school that keep kosher. Most parents don't do this, which is...ok, whatever...well today we were running late, and i forgot to pack something for Zev to take (assuming this wasnt a kosher party). So on the off chance, it was kosher, I asked....here's how the conversation went down:

"Is this a kosher party?" (me - aloud)
"Its bagels" (hostess, as she stared blankly, like i just fell out of the sky)
"Idiot" (me - to myself)
"Not all bagels are kosher." (me, aloud)
"They're from Cosi." (hostess, still blankly staring) (ps - not a kosher store)
"Ok - thats ok" (me - aloud)
Then I figured I'd push the issue.....
"Are the cupcakes kosher?"
"I made them at home."

.....I guess that answers that then, doesnt it??

Oh and from my son.."I guess I'm not eating at this party."

Guess not.

Not Neglecting

Earnings have been slow and I have been waiting it out. Nothing has fit the strategy and Im not going to force a trade just for the sake of trading.

I did however, close out the ANN short:

BC ANN @ $0.50 on Monday.

In the meantime, I'll enjoy WATCHING the ride!

I've discovered that I don't have the patience or mental capacity at this time to create a decent looking website, and I need some help! Nothing fancy (ie - I'm looking for reasonably priced, here) maybe 3 or 4 pages. It will also need to have e-commerce.

I have all of the copy, I just need the design and implementation.
