Have a....
I've never been sure why people wish each other "An easy fast", because, its not suppose to be EASY...is it? So to those of you who are fasting today, I wish for you a SUCCESSFUL (?) and PRODUCTIVE (again, ?) fast!
There are certain food you can eat before fasting which makes the fasting easier, I mean you don't get sick during the fast. When I started keeping the fasts, I would feel really sick after. Now I don't.
Hey, so this is an issue I've had for a while. This is the conclusion I've came up with: On a fast like Yom Kippur, you are obligated to fast regardless of the productivity it leads. In that case, one should wish another an easy fast, so as not to have difficulty with fulfilling your obligation. The main purpose of other lenient fasts, such as the one we just went through, is to improve yourself, in which case the more appropriate saying would be -- 'have a meaningful fast.' ~Raphy
I've all but abandoned the daytrading for now to concentrate on the swing trades. Here's how it works:
I noticed that stocks that report worse than expected earnings AND have a price drop that day, seem to signal the start of a price downtrend. Therefore, at the close of the day that a stock reports worse than expected earnings AND the stock dropped, I short, and look for at least $0.50. Im also willing to wait for it a few days.
